Clarence Baker is a seasoned executive and community leader with decades of leadership experience at GE and Halliburton. He transformed his mother’s six-bed residential home into a multi-city operation serving hundreds of individuals across Virginia. Today, Clarence continues her legacy by providing support and hope to individuals facing behavioral health challenges, substance use, and homelessness.

Long-Term Care Administrator

Ja’Ron Terell Lawyer is a dedicated Human Services leader, Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-A), and Certified Life Coach based in Roanoke, Virginia. With over two decades of experience serving as a mentor, advocate, and healthcare administrator, his  career is anchored in a deep-rooted commitment to guiding individuals through their recovery, personal growth, and wellness journeys.

Unit Manager/CPR Instructor

Family and faith are at the heart of who Alissa is, and serving others is her passion. With experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Registered Medication Aide, Alissa now serves as Unit Manager and CPR Instructor at North Roanoke Assisted Living.

Medical Director

Dr. Rizwan Ali is a board-certified psychiatrist with more than 25 years of experience in Virginia, including 15 years serving veterans at the Salem VA Medical Center and teaching at Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine. A Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and past president of the Psychiatric Society of Virginia, he now serves as Medical Director at North Roanoke Assisted Living, bringing a warm, whole-person approach to every patient he sees.
